2025 SUSTAINABILITY REPORT
BUSINESS ETHICS
In 2025, we strengthened McDermott’s Ethics & Compliance program by expanding our
team, updating policies, and upgrading technology. These enhancements ensure a
globally tailored program that supports ethical business practices
We welcomed new subject matter experts in areas of due
diligence, investigations, and data privacy to improve our
ability to guide the business and manage compliance
risks. We refreshed our core policies, including Con昀氀icts of
Interest, Gifts and Entertainment, Anti-Bribery, and Global
Data Privacy, and enhanced due diligence processes and
technology to meet evolving regulatory requirements.
based upon risk assessment and employee feedback.
Content is tailored to ensure relevance and clarity. We
continued monthly training for personnel on our Speak Up!
program, and handled matters reported through our Helpline
with diligence. In 2025, we received 276 reports through the
Helpline. This program also invites community members to
provide feedback or report concerns or grievances.
To improve accessibility, we redesigned internal Ethics &
Compliance electronic content making, training, reporting
tools, and policy guidance easier to 昀椀nd. We delivered annual
training on anti-bribery, con昀氀icts of interest, modern slavery,
and data privacy. We supplement this with targeted training
on speci昀椀c topics within our Code of Business Conduct
In 2025, our executive management highlighted its
commitment through regular communications and a
Global Integrity Award program to recognize employees
who exemplify our value of integrity. We also implemented
disciplinary measures for any employees who fail to complete
annual training without valid justi昀椀cation.
BARBARA DELOZIER, CHIEF ETHICS AND COMPLIANCE OFFICER
The effectiveness of our ethics program is re昀氀ected in
the commitment of our employees. Each time they speak
up or choose to follow the right path, they reinforce the
purpose of our ethics efforts.”
