CASE STUDY
ENGAGING SUPPLIERS IN BATAM
In 2025, over 100 suppliers gathered in Batam, Indonesia, for presentations
and discussions about safety, quality, ethics and sustainability. Organized
by our Supply Chain Management team, the event built stronger
partnerships with suppliers who are essential to the successful delivery of
projects for our customers. Participation was active and helped identify
successes as well as opportunities to engage on emerging technologies,
processes and systems to support greater ef昀椀ciency delivery and reliability
in performance.
