[13] Environmental Signi昀椀cant Incidents de昀椀ned as moderated impact, level III (L-3) or above. 2022-2024 de昀椀nition includes releases to the environment reportable to regulatory agencies that triggers an Agency of昀椀cial noti昀椀cation of a violation, improvement plan, 昀椀ne, visit, or spill
quantities greater than or equal to 0.095 m3. From 2025 on, QHSES Incident Severity Matrix Environmental incident classi昀椀cation has been updated to include substance release impact severity criteria rede昀椀ned based on hazardous vs non-hazardous characteristics of the
substance released, surface impacted (receptors) and impact to the environment.
