Talent and Organizational Development
This year, we graduated the 昀椀rst two cohorts from McDermott’s
Project Management Academy (PMA), a 12-month development
program launched in 2024. PMA incorporates discipline modules
and leadership workshops to strengthen leadership capability
across project management. Delivered through a stair-step model,
the program supports employees from early career through senior
leadership.
We also expanded training initiatives to strengthen execution
capabilities at project sites and fabrication yards. “inTrusted” is our
frontline supervision leadership development program, currently
active at Golden Pass and Wood昀椀bre. Designed for foremen, general
foremen, and supervisors, it is tailored to the speci昀椀c challenges of
project-site leadership and designed to empower participants to
become more effective leaders.
In Batam, we launched Forge, a 昀椀ve-day program designed
speci昀椀cally for fabrication yard environments. Targeted at foremen
and supervisors, Forge blends leadership modules with technical
training, using interactive work, simulations, and hands-on activities.
Together, these programs form part of McDermott University, our
comprehensive framework for developing employees across all
career stages.
