STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT
Connecting with our stakeholders in a meaningful way
Through frequent engagement, we adjust to meet and exceed expectations in areas that matter most to our customers and stakeholders, ensuring that our activities create meaningful value.
Our stakeholders include a broad range of customers, employees, shareholders, suppliers, regulators, members of our Board of Directors, business and academic partners, subcontractors, local communities and their
workforces. We engage with our stakeholders in numerous ways, including in-person and virtual meetings, investor and client engagement events, company and third-party surveys, and town halls for our employees. We
also provide quarterly earnings calls, press releases, and other written communications.
Understanding our stakeholders’ interests and priorities helps us consistently meet and exceed their expectations, including in sustainability matters. Through our various forms of engagement, we establish a foundation
of trust and maintain long-term relationships.

COMMUNITIES
Engaging with our customers
helps us understand how we can
add value for them. By working
collaboratively, we help them
achieve sustainability goals and
progress decarbonization.
Our employees play a critical
role in maintaining safe, reliable,
and productive operations and
implementing our purpose and
strategy. We celebrate their
contributions and are committed
to engaging them in the
opportunities and challenges we
face.
We aim to create resilient value
for our shareholders. Transparent
reporting enables them to
measure our performance, and
through investor events we
communicate our strategy and
listen to feedback.
We partner with our Board through
quarterly meetings and ad hoc
business updates as needed,
consistent with their oversight
responsibility. We also partner
with many industry and academic
organizations as we develop
studies that support the transition
to lower-carbon energy solutions.
We engage with governments and
regulators on the development
of policies that promote a secure,
affordable, and lower-carbon
energy system. We respect the
communities where we operate
in ways that bene昀椀t their people
and help us build respectful,
transparent relationships with
them.
